The designed area is located in the southern part of Sieradz near Droga Jeziorska Street on the building plot No. 5715/1. These plots are located in the area of high-density single-family housing. The project assumes the creation of an enclave of single-family buildings - two-unit and semi-detached houses.

The urban layout is divided into two main zones - a public zone - accessible from the outside of the estate and a private zone available only to residents. public area-

generally accessible  - will be the beginning of new social bonds, while the private one will give the residents solace from the hustle and bustle of the city and an intimate garden. The whole will be complemented by high greenery, which will provide a sense of privacy to the gardens and diversify the common spaces.

Greenery in the designed assumption is a key element of the whole.  on the one hand, it encloses: private spaces, giving them an intimate character.  On the other hand, it is an aesthetic complement to public driving spaces. The designed housing estate is to become a residential enclave drowning in greenery in the future.
