The designed  buildings of the multi-family housing estate  of a compact character consist of three detached buildings
their form and arrangement in the surrounding buildings on the neighboring plots. Designed buildings
they continue the existing urban layout and the building line along ul. Havelańska.

The characteristic feature of the designed buildings are height dominants and an open layout  urban layout with scenic cuts

and communication routes in the buildings in order to open the urban interior to the adjacent greenery of the park.
